Eyeshadow palettes, thanks to beauty tutorials on IG, Facebook, and Youtube, are now a rising makeup product and slowly becoming an essential. Before, most Filipinas wouldn't bother using eyeshadow just because tutorials weren't a thing back then, plus affordable formulas were prolly pretty crappy; it's easy to get intimidated with a palette of various colors so most girls then couldn't care less.
