STEP 1: Prep the Skin 

According to Gene, the glassy blush trend is all about the prep. “For this look, it is extremely important for the skin to be supple and hydrated,” he says. Prime the skin with a hydrating moisturizer or facial oil (or both) to give your complexion a dewy foundation.
