I'd literally call my entire May powder season because I don't remember wearing liquid foundation at all because it's freakishly hot; climate change is real, guys.

April 2019 Beauty Favorites

April has been excruciatingly hot; I found myself wanting to stay in air- conditioned places even if I'm an al fresco person because I.CANNOT.THE.HEAT.

March 2019 Beauty Favorites

Convenience is what perfectly summarizes my beauty favorites for the month of March 2019; most of my favorites were palettes, fast- absorbing and fast- acting products, pocketable products, and innovative packaging. Let me talk more about my favorites below:

1. BENEFIT CHEEKLEADER BRONZE CHEEK PALETTE

- A palette featuring full- sized versions of Benefit's best- selling blushes including the new Hoola Caramel, which is perfect for my skin and a palette- exclusive highlighter called Cookie, a pearl champagne highlighter that looks smashing on morena skin. This palette is so handy and has everything I need!

2. AMAZING MAUI BABE BROWNING LOTION

 - A tanning lotion that I used a lot in my recent Coron trip. This favorite tanning lotion of beach lovers has a special concoction that accelerates tanning so you can get that sun- kissed skin color minus time under the sun and less UV damage. It smells good too!

3. VV & CO VERN EDP

- A beautiful floral perfume that is a good dupe of my favorite Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet EDT. The bottle is so handy as well and perfect for traveling!

4. MAYBELLINE HYPER TIGHT LINER

- An awesome eyeliner that I discovered through a friend. This eyeliner has a bent portion that makes tightlining and more importantly, winged eye so easy! It's very long- lasting as well.

5. PAT MCGRATH SUBLIME SKIN POWDER HIGHLIGHTER

- This powder highlighter has a beautiful finely- milled texture that's more of pigment than powder; it's fine and melts onto the skin beautifully, giving off a skin- like look; coverage is buildable and I love the pink and gold shades in this palette!

6. BIORE UV AQUA RICH WATERY ESSENCE

- A lightweight sunscreen that feels fresh and perfect even under makeup; I love using this on a daily basis, plus it doesn't hurt that it acts as moisturizer as well.
