When the weather continues to rain on your parade, it's time to bring out the statement jacket. I'm such a huge fan of outerwear: granted, I spend a great deal of time being desperate for the sun, but there's something about a jacket that I am forever drawn to; and to me - it can make your outfit go from zero to hero.
