Never Mad in Plaid

When we went to shoot these last Fri, the light was just...not there. All cold in tone - my least fav. 

So pls excuse the heavy edit on these ones.

I digress. Say hey to a new, I-actually-love-u, chunky knit from Isabel Marant Etoile. Every A/W, I fall in love with I.M's plaid; & I finally gave in this month. It's an actual dream to wear - so cosy, with a thick collar & matching cuffs. Plus awesome details; like western arrows on the side pockets. 

This way, you can keep cropping it [for now, at least] & yet remain warm...Win.

Florals VS Combat Boots

If I'm gonna wear florals, I'm gonna balance it out by wearing combat boots.

One of my fav summer dressing choices is the slip dress: the styling possibilities are endless (touch of hyperbole, but really - there's a lot of options) and pairing it with a chunky boot, rather than, say - a simple flat or sandal; keeps it on the tough side of feminine.

A Keyhole Dress

WIWTAW: what I wore to a wedding. Every-time there's a wedding to attend, my Gucci Vegas heels come out. Ugh, I adore them. I picked up this Flynn Skye keyhole dress in the sale last week - I love the cuffs, open back and overall cut.
